  • Program is launched at Regional Director's meetings
  • Information sessions are delivered during Network meetings
  • Presentation to teaching staff by leadership teams
  • Whole staff commit to particapting in the initiavtive
  • Expressions of Interest are submitted to Region
  • Schools are accepted into the trail
  • PLT leaders are identified in each school
  • Leaders participate in the Regional PLT TRIAD Leadership training
  • Base line student achievement data is collected

Term 4 2009
  • Meeting One - Initial PLT Meeting
    • Establish group norms and protocols
    • Agree on team's broad focus
    • Establish culture of challenge
    • Indentification of evidence required for TRIADs
  • Meeting Two - Initial TRIAD Meeting
    • Nominate facilitator for each meeting
    • Agree on group norms and observation protocols
    • Discuss relevant student data
    • Clarify coaching / feedback focus
    • Establish timeline for Action Cycle
  • Observation Lesson One then Meeting Three
  • Observation Lesson Two then Meeting Four
  • Observation Lesson Three then Meeting Five
  • Meeting Six - Second PLT meeting
    • Discuss evidence collected during observations
    • Challenge each other to identify areas for improvement
    • Organise next classroom observation
  • Observation Lesson Four then Meeting Seven
  • Observation Lesson Five then Meeting Eight
  • Observation Lesson Six then Meeting Nine
  • Meeting Ten- Third PLT meeting
    • Discuss classroom observatons
    • Analyse student data
    • Engage in challenging conversations
    • Develop strategies to move student on
    • Organise next TRIAD Action Cycle
